Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Coordinate and managing the project at different phases of the works
- Project head to lead the project team
- Ability to Present and able to produce impressive Architectural Design presentation
- Good knowledge of Concept Design, Design Development, Detailing and Construction practices
- Experience in designing high rises and commercial projects
- Coordination skill with all Design Disciplines, BIM Consultant and Contractors
- Knowledge of local codes and approval processes in Malaysia
- Posses strong client relationship and management skills
- Well-versed with PAM Form of Contact
- Ability to think strategically, team player, good communication and writing skills
- Knowledge in AutoCad and Sketchup
- Ability to carry out and complete tasks on a timely basis
