We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Project Engineer will play a crucial role in overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with specifications, and managing project activities to achieve successful outcomes. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
• Oversee and coordinate all project activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, plans, schedules, and specific requirements.
• Assist in the development and execution of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

2. Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative support for project operations, including processing progress claims, managing payment status documents, and handling finance-related tasks.
• Prepare and submit project-related and test report documents as required.

3. Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Assist the Project Manager with Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) to ensure equipment and systems meet quality and performance standards.

4. Coordination and Communication:
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth workflow processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project progress, costing, and budgeting.

5. Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
• Monitor project activities to adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.

6. Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing efficiency and productivity in project execution.

7. Reporting and Documentation:
• Review and analyse monthly progress reports, supporting documentation, and other project-related documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records.

8. Customer and Client Interaction:
• Engage with customers, clients, consultants, and safety personnel on a day-to-day basis to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.

9. Additional Responsibilities:
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in project engineering or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and construction processes.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to project sites, including international locations within the APAC region.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Genset systems or similar equipment.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
• Multicultural experience and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Candidates with experience in Data Centers preferred.
