Job Responsibility

  • You would need to plan, execute, coordinate and monitor the operational aspect of our clients projects from end-to-end and manage to make sure 100% of project KPI’s achieved.
  • Responsible to plan budget for entire program.
  • Responsible to update clients’ management on regular basis, and also to touch base on action plans, key learning and ways to move forward regarding the project from start until the end.
  • Working closely and maintain good working relationship with regulatory bodies on the project, private and government sector.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any marketing or event related field
  • Candidates with prior working experience in educational program, school talks, event management or client servicing is preferred.
  • Preferably with minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to liaise effectively with client, internal team and contract staffs.
  • Strong commitment, responsible, aggressive, organized and independent.
  • Highly self- motivated, problem solving skills and is a good team player.
  • Be able to work flexible hours and work with tight schedules.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work dynamic, under pressure and results oriented.
  • Must have own transport.
