Project Manager (Retail)

Our client is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to take charge of design, fit out and maintenance operations. What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, planning, executing, and managing project activities. You will oversee all aspects of projects including design, fit out and maintenance operations. Your role will involve close collaboration with authorities, mall management and other relevant parties. You will also be responsible for ensuring outlet openings are on time by working across departments. Additionally, you will support status/progress reporting and manage project closure. Leading and guiding team members as necessary will be part of your responsibilities along with handling paperwork and reports.

• Plan, execute, and manage project activities through the project timeframe and budget for the rollout.
• Oversee overall aspects of project including design, fit out and maintenance operations.
• Work closely with authorities, mall management and relevant parties.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure outlet opening on time.
• Support status/progress reporting.
• Manage project closure.
• Lead and guide team members as necessary.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate for this Project Manager role brings a minimum of 5 years' experience in project management. You have proven experience in leading teams effectively and are open to travelling for work when required. Your background in the retail industry will be considered an added advantage. Your ability to plan, execute, and manage projects within set timelines and budgets sets you apart.
