We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Purchasing and Sales Support Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the purchasing of materials and supplies for our company business.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Support the sales team by preparing quotations, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining sales documentation.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication between purchasing, sales, and project teams.
• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure proper documentation of all purchases and sales transactions.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining records for ISO certification and compliance.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or sales support roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
