- Assist in sourcing and comparing supplier quotations
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
- Maintain and update purchasing records
- Coordinate with internal departments on material requirements
- Support senior purchasers in daily operations
- SPM , Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
