工作職責及要求：

主要職責

  • 在策略層面支援採購功能以協助實現公司目標。
  • 負責採購、成本談判、信用期限及消耗品、備品及雜項的採購。
  • 進行研究以確定最佳價值、交貨時間表和品質方面的最佳產品和供應商；
  • 供應商、製造商、相關部門和內部部門之間的聯絡人；
  • 尋找潛在供應商，拜訪現有供應商，並與他們建立和維持良好的關係；
  • 與各個供應商協調並比較組織內的採購申請（PR）成本。
  • 使用 SQL 軟體向供應商發出採購訂單 (PO)，確保物品準時交付到所需地點。
  • 監控供應商的進度－檢查所提供的貨物和服務的品質；
  • 向供應商投訴定價、交貨和包裝事宜，並跟進信用票據 (CN) 問題。
  • 文件填寫。
  • 向管理層提交每月成本中心報告
  • 負責制定採購SOP。
  • 管理層不時指派的任何職責
