- Perform receiving and inspection of raw material, line process and finished products.
- Directly involved in ensuring all food produced are safe for human consumption by implementing Critical Control Point (CCP) and Control Point (CP) checks.
- To report any negligence and non-conformance related to FSQA.
- Maintain good housekeeping at workstations.
- Perform frozen and after cooked evaluation on product sensory according to product quality and customer specification.
- Perform reconstitution for frozen product as per customer's requirement.
- Undertake any duties assigned by superior.
