QA Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for ensuring that corrective actions are in place and implemented for all non-conformances.
• Responsible for liaising with Engineering/Production side on the investigation of root cause of non-conformance and procedure failure.
• Responsible for CMM jobs’ schedule to ensure machine capacity is fully utilized.
• Carry-out part programming CMM and meeting CMM and other related measurement tools’ MSA requirement.
• Responsible to write and publish OQA report in timely manner;
• Develop or guide junior or technician to create work standard, operating instruction and quality criteria.
• Enhance customer satisfaction;
• Any other assignments deemed necessary by the management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing or other relevant discipline;
• Candidate must have a minimum 3 years of working experience in CNC, Precision, Machining Industry or in related field;
• Experience in Programming and Operating the CMM equipment;
• Well versed in GD&T and its function;
• Proficient in the Mechanical field in trouble-shooting problems;
• Able to read and interpret electronic/electrical diagram;
• Has UL Audit experience;
• Working based in Sungai Petani : Morrissey Integrated Dynamics Sdn Bhd (Subsidiaries of JHM Consolidation Berhad).
