Job Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the fundamental quality plan is established, well understood and executed by all QA/QC personnel.
  2. Monitor test production, and to perform quality planning, quality target and performance management.
  3. Prevent the occurrence of quality defects in advance, and not limited to quality improvement activities.
  4. Effectively respond to customer complaints regarding product issues, in a timely manner.
  5. Perform incoming, in-process and final inspections according to quality control plan requirements
  6. Ensure product conformity to established requirements by evaluating product according to customer and/or Engineering drawings, specifications and related documents.
  7. Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction

Job Requirement:

  1. Possess minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in related disciplines such as Industrial Chemical, New Materials, Statistics or Metallurgical Engineering
  2. Experience in quality control in the manufacturing industry
  3. Experience in quality control, import inspection, and subsidiary material management for manufacturing partners
  4. Design programs (CAD, Solid work, etc.)
  5. CORE TOOL Knowledge Holder
  6. Excel, PowerPoint available
  7. Enables smooth communication
  8. Experienced ISO9001 or IATF16949 audit

  2. Japanese speaker
