Quantity Surveyor

* To assist Contract Manager and/or Head of Contract Department in all areas of quantity surveying works
* Documentation and processing of Pre & Post-contract works including cost analysis from various suppliers and vendors, summary scope of tender
* Evaluation of price comparison, costing summary
* To conduct quantity take-off and site valuation and check on detailed accurate measurement
* Lead and guide his/her subordinate on all aspects of QS works
* To monitor budget and keep track of project cost
* Assess and evaluate subcontractor payments
* Liaising with site managers, site engineers, and other necessary people to ensure the project follows to the timeline.
* Handle progress claim, site valuation, variation and final account.
* Coordinate with consultants/contractors.
* To assists in the everyday project site operations.
* Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time by management
