• Assist the Trade Marketing team in daily operations needs.
• Compilation of sales data, promoters’ performance, and conversion rate.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
• Coordinate with the sales team and promoter to ensure timely communication and support.
• Manage scheduling and logistics for trade shows, events, and meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of roadshow materials, POSM and etc.
• Provide administrative support, including filing, correspondence, and data entry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall trade marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma in business administration, accounting or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with expertise in VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and advanced functions will be an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in sales operations, data analysis, and system management is advantageous.
  • Diligent, meticulous and detail-oriented
