Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor (Building)

Job Description

• Prepare and ensure timely submission of Contractors Monthly progress claim and sub-contractor’s certificate.
• Carry out joint measurement.
• Assist the Contract Manager to prepare reports and variation orders.
• Prepare final accounts of main contract and sub-contracts.
• Implement cost control procedures.
• Taking off quantities, Request for Quotation and Award of Sub-contractor
• Advise purchaser on materials for procurement
• Carry out other job assignments as and when required by the immediate superior
• To assist on tender process when needed.
• Ad-hoc matter assigned by management.

Requirements :

• Possess own transport.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Preferably Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Preferably Candidate with Building Experience

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to start work immediately.
