What You'll Do
- To handle product development, cost saving, raw material evaluation, product application, trouble shooting and re-work activities
- Supporting new product design and process development for product scale up
- To provide technical support for sales team and lead product trial
- Perform laboratory testing in a precise and reliable manner
- To design testing methods
- To provide product training and briefing to internal / external customer
- Maintain a safe working environment and follow lab safety protocols by ensuring the safe operation of all equipment and chemical handling necessary, and confirm the proper safety equipment, procedures, and housekeeping.
- To work within 5S methodology
- To generate technical data sheet (TDS) and safety data sheet (SDS)
- To collect data and identify all critical process control points and statistical methods to be employed
- Conducting sample preparation.
