Receptionist - at 3 - star Hotel in Melaka & Kuching

Key Responsibilities :

• Warmly greeting visitors as they arrive at the office or facility.
• Directing visitors to the appropriate person or department.
• Answering questions and providing information about the company or services.
• Assisting with basic office tasks, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and faxing.
• Maintaining visitor logs and ensuring confidentiality of information when necessary.
• Relaying important messages and updates between departments.

Qualifications :

• Minimum education : High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in similar role.
• Familiarity with working in a professional office environment and handling administrative tasks can be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with visitors, clients.
• Handling various tasks such as answering calls, managing schedules, and assisting visitors simultaneously.
• Being approachable, friendly, and able to work well with a variety of people.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact.
