Sales Assistant

Client Outreach and Relationship Building

• Identify potential clients and decision-makers in target industries.
• Initiate contact through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Sales Presentations and Program Promotion

• Present and effectively communicate the value of our training programs to potential clients.
• Tailor presentations and proposals based on client needs and industry specifics.

Proposal Development and Negotiation

• Prepare customized proposals and quotes based on clients' specific requirements.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure that clients fully understand the benefits, structure, and value of our training programs.

Sales Strategy and Target Achievement

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Administrative and Reporting Duties

• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, ideally within the training or education sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
