Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor Degree in Electronic/Electrical, related engineering and Science field. With some chemistry background will be an advantage.
- Those have relevant working experience are welcome to apply.
- Willing to travel outstation.
- Able to work independently.
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin / English to effectively communicate with Mandarin / English-speaking clients
- Male preferred.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Perform installation, repair and preventive maintenance for Analytical and Scientific products.
- Interprets maintenance manuals, schematics and writing, diagrams and repair utilizing knowledge of electronic/electrical/mechanical and using standard test instruments and hand tools.
- To work independently and closely with other engineers (both sales and support) to maximize equipment uptime of the customers and in achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
- To promote Service Contract and Consumables, build up relationship with customers.
- Any other duties as and when deemed necessary.
