Your Role And Responsibilities
They are the main point of contact for experienced professional candidates and hiring managers across the full recruiting lifecycle, leveraging innovative approaches to attraction, sourcing, selection, interviewing, offering, and closing.
Recruiter partner with the business to establish and maintain relationships as trusted advisors, providing domain subject matter expertise.
They also consult with the business to deliver outcomes by leveraging data analytics and market intelligence to attract diverse, qualified, top talent.
They drive all recruiting and staffing programs and activities related to the attraction, sourcing, selection and hiring of Experienced Professionals.

Your Role And Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end to end experience for standard and niche roles including sourcing, screening, closing and stakeholder engagement.
- Subject matter expert in a specific domain, industry or function, relentlessly creating and expanding diverse candidate pipelines.
- Understanding their evolving client group, competition and market dynamics to be able to anticipate talent and hiring shifts.
- Prepare and consult with their client groups regarding their hiring needs, hiring strategy and execution.
- Focuses on Individual/Team Objectives and Developing Professional Effectiveness.
- Passive candidate search, scouting, communication with candidates and hiring managers, and offer extension.
- Collaborate with recruiters, sources and coordinators in PH and other locations.
- Professional knowledge related to incumbent's position, team, and department.
- Requires ability to absorb professional knowledge quickly and develop skills.
- Draw upon professional concepts to collaborate with others to carry out assigned duties. Negotiation is required.
- Recognize job-related problems. analyze causes using existing techniques or tools, prepare and recommend solution alternatives.
- Challenge the validity of given procedures and processes with the intent to enhance and improve.
- Works on professional projects;work is often reviewed for developmental purposes.
- Understand the standard mission of the professional group and vision in own area of competence.
- May directly influence people in own project.
- Position may require coordination of activities of less experienced or less knowledgeable team members.
- Accountable for individual or team results. May contribute by supporting activities that are subject to business measurements, impact customer satisfaction, or impact immediate costs or expenses.

Requirements
Required technical and professional expertise
- English and Japanese speaking skills.
- Proficiency in Japanese - native speakers or candidates with strong Japanese language skills are required (JLPT N1 preferred).
- Skilled in sourcing candidates using external tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Marketing Insights.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, emails, and formal discussions.
- Results-driven and comfortable working in a KPI performance environment.
