Our Client is a Multinational Company and a top leader in its respective industry. Being a public listed MNC with over billions of revenues, they invest massive resources into their staff training programme to develop their people from the ground. They are currently looking multiple role of Regional FP&A Manager / Finance Planning Analyst Manager to support its APAC region

The FP&A Manager plays a crucial role in the financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making processes for the company's business across the APAC region. He/ she works closely with the Finance Business Partner APAC to deliver the financial performance of the Company's APAC division.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for the APAC business, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Provide insightful analysis of business performance from a commercial perspective, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic commercial decision-making.
• Manage the fair valuation and perform insightful analysis to accurately determine its financial impact
• Drive the mid-term planning process including cost, revenue and CAPEX planning for the Functions and Regions at group/region level
• Support the Functions and Regions in cost management and control within the target given by the Board
• Perform weekly financial forecasting, reporting and operational metrics tracking
• Liaise with Business Units and utilise relevant information to produce reports and carry out data analysis
• Ensure accuracy in the computation of standard costs and make revisions as required
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Assist in the performance studies for Line and Finance Management

Main Requirements

• Candidate with Direct FP&A Exposure with MNC / regional background is encouraged to apply
• MINIMUM of 7 years relevant working experience
• Degree in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications such as ICAEW/ACCA/CPA/MIA will be highly advantageous
• Great communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across multiple countries
• Able to work well in a fast paced MNC environment
