We’re Hiring: Regional Sales Manager - FMCG (Non-Food)
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for growing consumer brands across international markets? We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our expansion efforts and strengthen distribution partnerships across EMEA/North Asia.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, is highly target-oriented, and excels in managing and developing distributor networks within fast-moving, competitive environments.

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for growing consumer brands across international markets? We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our expansion efforts and strengthen distribution partnerships across EMEA/North Asia.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, is highly target-oriented, and excels in managing and developing distributor networks within fast-moving, competitive environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive sales growth by developing and executing commercial strategies across the Europe/Middle East/North Asia regions
- Identify and onboard high-performing distributors and retail partners in new and existing markets
- Optimize and manage the performance of current partners through relationship building, business reviews, and growth initiatives
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor benchmarking to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to support regional go-to-market execution
- Travel frequently to develop business and maintain strong partner relationships
- Minimum 5 years' experience in regional sales or business development within FMCG (non-food) or consumer goods.
- Proven experience working with distributors or clients in Europe/Middle East/North Asia is mandatory
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and hands-on with a strategic mindset
- Willingness to travel across regions as needed
- Play a key role in scaling international growth for a fast-expanding consumer brand
- High visibility with senior leadership and a performance-driven culture
- Work alongside a passionate, agile team making a regional impact
