Baby Care Outlet Manager's Responsibilities and Duties: -

  1. Manage store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning daily task to employees.
  2. Recruit, select, position and train employees.
  3. Maintain results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees.
  4. Prepare annual budget, schedule expenditure, analyze sales and initiate corrective actions.
  5. Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and existing customers.
  6. Ensure availability of in-store merchandise and marketing products.
  7. Manage operation cost and keep operations profitable.
  8. Manage inventory levels and stock control.
  9. Analyze sales figures, forecast future sales and interpret trends to facilitate planning.
  10. Respond to customer complaints and comments.
  11. Organize special promotions, expo, displays and events.
  12. Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding customer initiatives and monitoring what / how local competitors are operating.
