Baby Care Outlet Manager's Responsibilities and Duties: -
- Manage store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning daily task to employees.
- Recruit, select, position and train employees.
- Maintain results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees.
- Prepare annual budget, schedule expenditure, analyze sales and initiate corrective actions.
- Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and existing customers.
- Ensure availability of in-store merchandise and marketing products.
- Manage operation cost and keep operations profitable.
- Manage inventory levels and stock control.
- Analyze sales figures, forecast future sales and interpret trends to facilitate planning.
- Respond to customer complaints and comments.
- Organize special promotions, expo, displays and events.
- Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding customer initiatives and monitoring what / how local competitors are operating.
