- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
- Design and implement automation workflows using tools like Zapier and Lark Anycross.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Monitor and maintain automation workflows, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Provide training and support to team members on the use of automation tools and processes.
- Document automation processes and maintain accurate records of changes and updates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in automation technology.
Qualification & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business process automation using tools such as Zapier, Lark Anycross, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies is preferred.
