As a member of Finance team, the RPA Developer to responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. This role involves working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of automated processes. Based at UOA Business Park, Shah Alam, this role reports to the Manager in Philippines.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues in production environments to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance of RPA robots.
• Perform regular maintenance and provide ongoing support for RPA robots to ensure they function as intended.
• Collaborate with non-technical individuals and teams to gather and understand business requirements for automation projects.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath, ensuring they meet business needs and technical specifications.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical and user documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and other relevant materials.
• Engage in regular and frequent verbal and written communication with both technical and non-technical counterparts to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals and progress.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Science in IT, ICT, Computer Science, or any related course.
• 1+ years industry experience in creation RPA workflows preferably using UiPath.
• Aptitude in creating and maintaining high quality software documentation.
• Good proficiency in at least one programming skill - Java/Python/C#/VB/etc.
• Ability to work independently and provide concise and frequent reports.
• Verbal and written proficiency in both Mandarin and English language, ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of personal responsibility.
• Willing to work at UOA Business Park, Shah Alam.
