Safety & Health Officer

Our Safety and Health Officers implement and execute safety and health procedures at the construction sites, in accordance to standard safety and health regulations and practices.

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining a safe working environment on site at all times with good safety practices and regulations, and identifying and rectifying any unsafe acts or potential hazards on site
Making regular site inspections, including for heavy machineries
Organising site safety committees and regular toolbox meetings
Implementing traffic control and management systems on site

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Science, or other related disciplines.
A registered safety officer with DOSH
Minimum 3 years experience in construction environments, with at least 1 year in a similar capacity
Familiar with OSHA requirements and knowledgeable in safety practices
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Basic computer literacy
