Tasks/Aufgaben
Key Responsibilities:
Provide overall sales administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the department
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls/emails to potential customers, and following up on leads
Handling incoming enquiries, prepare and follow up on sales quotations confirmation status and preparation of invoicing
Provide post-sales interface with customers either by telephone, emails or face to face
Data entry in Customer Relationship Management
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle and resolve customer complaints
Any other administrative tasks as assigned by the reporting manager
Qualifications/Qualifikationen
Key Requirements:
Minimum a Degree with at least 1 year of sales administrative experience or indoor sales experience
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build good rapport with all levels of staff.
Results and service-oriented individual who possess initiative and excellent communication skills.
Proactive team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines.
Meticulous, efficient, enthusiastic, and resourceful with a can-do attitude
