Sales Administrator

Job Specification:

• Responsible to processing sales orders, contract and customer return.
• Contacting internal/external customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
• In charge of daily operational needs such as following up on Sales Orders delivery, shipment schedules.
• Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

Responsibilities:

Sales Admin to create and manage our sales activities and ensure that the arrangement is up to customer expectation and maintaining positive internal/external customer relations, the core duties include the following:

• Following and enforcing the company's Sales policies and procedures.
• Responsible for process and verify order according to SLA.
• Maintaining and liaise with Sales and Warehouse department to ensure timely deliveries that could result in reduce inventory aging.
• Trigger Procurement department for stock purchase and follow up with procurement to ensure stock ETA within agreed timeline.
• Validate customer return according to guideline and triggered procurement for vendor return.
• Assisting Sales Team in printing of commercial/proformal invoice.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
• Good communication and organizing skills, analytical reasoning through experience in applying such skills
• Excellent communications and organizational skills with external and internal customers
• Good analytical, problem solving, and organizational abilities.
• Experience in Operation environment and ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred 2 years of working experience as procurement or related position.
