Local Travel:

• Willingness to travel locally on a monthly basis to build relationships with consultants and contractors, and explore new market opportunities.
• Represent Davis Malaysia Sdn Bhd in a professional and impactful manner during business engagements.

Language Proficiency:

• Demonstrate strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Effective communication to foster positive relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, developers…etc.

Learning and Development:

• Participate in ongoing learning initiatives, in house training programs to enhance skills in sales, marketing, and local business strategies.
• Work closely with mentors and managers to accelerate professional growth and career development.
• Comfortable in social settings, with an ability to initiate and maintain conversations.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for engaging with diverse cultures and personalities.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and a keen interest in developing sales skills.
• Confidence in presenting products or services to potential clients.
