- Identify and analyze customer needs and requirements
- Manager customer complaints, inquiries and questions

- Conduct market research understand market trend, products and services

- SPM, Diploma & Degree
- Able to speak in English, Malay or Mandarin (Bilingual candidates are preferred)
- With sales experience or similar role
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
