Responsibilities:
- Serves customers by helping them select products
- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Responds to customers’ questions, including handling Facebook and Whatsapp questions.
- Responsible for key customers order and payment
- Update key customers invoice into system
- Preparing daily customer's sales order, Invoice, and Delivery order
- Verify goods upon loading lorry
- Checking on acknowledged delivery order & Invoice
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Diploma and/ or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be IT / ISO literate.
- Physical fit, able to work overtime and on holiday.
- Able to work in short notice.
