Job Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to assist customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets as set by the company.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and operational standards at all times.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
  • Support cashiering duties as needed.
  • Contribute to in-store marketing events and promotional activities.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.

We have multiple positions available, including Senior Sales Associate, Assistant Store Manager, and Store Manager.Â

  • Klang Valley: One Utama, Sunway Pyramid,Â
  • Sepang: Mitsui Outlet
  • Johor Bahru: Mid Valley SouthkeyÂ
  • Pahang: Genting Highland Premium Outlet

Job Requirements

  • Provide good customer service.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to speak Chinese will be an added advantage.
  • Willing to work on shifts/weekends and public holidays.
  • Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
