What You’ll Do:
As an Automotive Sales Consultant at ServAuto, you’ll be on the front lines of introducing our innovative aftersales products to customers at leading car dealerships. From extended warranties to premium service packages and accessories, you’ll help customers enhance their car ownership experience. With full training, including how to leverage live streaming for digital sales, you’ll have the tools you need to succeed in a rapidly changing market.

  • Engage with Customers: Be the face of ServAuto at our partner dealerships, introducing customers to our range of premium aftersales products.
  • Drive Sales & Earn: Smash individual sales targets while earning a commission on each successful sale—driven by your dedication and passion.
  • Go Digital with Live Streaming: Participate in exciting live streaming sessions to showcase our products and reach a broader audience. Full training will ensure you’re confident and ready to shine.
  • Product Expertise: Become a go-to expert on our aftersales products, providing customers with all the insights they need to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with Car Sales Teams: Work closely with car sales consultants to build strong relationships and boost your conversion rates.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Deliver an exceptional customer experience that turns buyers into loyal, long-term customers.
  • Cross-Sell Like a Pro: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services, maximizing each sale’s potential.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Sales Drive: While prior experience in sales, particularly automotive, is a bonus, we encourage fresh graduates with a passion for cars and customer engagement to apply.
  • Communication Superpowers: You’re a natural when it comes to talking to people and making complex product details easy to understand.
  • Tech-Savvy Sales Skills: Comfortable with digital sales techniques, including live streaming, or excited to learn how to do it.
  • Results-Oriented: You thrive in a target-driven environment, always looking for ways to achieve and surpass goals.
  • Flexibility: You’re ready to work weekends and take advantage of weekday downtime.
  • Automotive Knowledge (or Eager to Learn): A basic understanding of car products will help you excel, but we’ll support you in learning quickly.
