Job Responsibilities
- Corresponding with Sales Representatives / Salesman as well as Customers to ensure correct and complete product information being received pertaining to Order Processing activities.
- Ensure each Sales Order being process within timeframe given to ensure smooth operational flow between sales and production department including with warehouse departments as deem necessary.
- Ensure Invoicing Process are done with accuracy for each customers.
- Always keep up-to-date with each customers requirements and changes.
- Cooperate with warehouse/logistics department to ensure smooth operational deliveries of products to customers within dateline required.
- Reporting to Sales Admin Executive on the progress or any issues arise pertaining to Sales Order And Invoicing Process for immediate rectification.
- Any other task as deem necessary by the superior.
- Posses at least Diploma / Certificate in any field.
- Ability to effectively communicate with Sales Representatives / Salesman as well as Customers.
- Good computer skills.
- Able to cooperate effectively with collegues from other department to ensure smooth operation
