Job Responsibility

  • Networking with potential clients and sales personnel to establish and maintain relationships which lead to new business opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing business development strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborating with sales personnel to convert leads into clients and providing them with necessary tools and insights.
  • Conducting presentation physically or virtually to potential prospects on industry trends, product knowledge and related skills.
  • Analyzing industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential areas for growth.
  • Working closely with the team to analyze the effectiveness of business development efforts, making adjustments as needed to improve results.

  • Posses leadership skills, aggressive, self-discipline
  • Business quadrant mindset, positive thinking behaviour
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills .
  • Good sales and negotiation skills with English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • A confident and positive attitude in a professional manner.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
