Tasks/Aufgaben
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for project coordination and inside sales of product safety, reliability and compliance services for Commercial Industrial and Energy Products (IEP) and Electrical & Electronics (ENE) business lines of the Product Services Division in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the central point of contact on order-related activities, ensuring smooth communication, project execution, and stakeholder coordination.
Provide administrative and operational support, including commercial processes, project execution, and compliance.
Identify customer needs, promote TÜV SÜD portfolio of services, and develop compelling value propositions to drive deal closures.
Support management in evaluating and refining pricing strategies for various product portfolios to enhance profitability.
Manage the customer journey from acquisition to after-sales, ensuring high service quality and engagement.
Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to drive lead generation initiatives and expand market reach.
Handle inside sales, generate accurate quotations, track project progress, and escalate qualified opportunities to the sales team
Qualifications/Qualifikationen
Key Requirements:
Results and service-oriented individual who possess initiative and excellent communication skills
Proactive team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines
Experience and knowledge in Industrial, Energy, Electrical & Electronics products would be advantageous
Strong clarity of thoughts with the ability to articulate and present information in a clear fashion
Proficiency in CRM tools e.g. SAP and database management
Meticulous, efficient, enthusiastic and resourceful with a can-do attitude

- Degree in Engineering, Business Management or any other fields with at least 2 years of project coordination, sales support, or inside sales experience in B2B environment, preferably in an international organization

Proactive team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines
Experience and knowledge in Industrial, Energy, Electrical & Electronics products would be advantageous
