Job Responsibility
- Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing prompt and accurate information to prospective customers.
- Develop a strong understanding of Konwa Industries' industrial machinery products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients.
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs, tailoring sales presentations and proposals to address specific requirements and pain points.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the company's CRM system.
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, and build long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer support.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Possess a Diploma in any field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; entry-level position.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Strong customer service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques to effectively promote and sell industrial machinery products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Effective negotiation skills to close sales and achieve targets.
- Willingness to work onsite in Petaling Jaya.
