Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned market segments especially hypermarkets, hospitality industry & healthcare.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operation, logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the hypermarket, hospitality, and healthcare industries, including key players, trends, and challenges.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing clients.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Existing network of contacts within major hypermarket, hospitality, or healthcare sectors is a significant advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
