Job Responsibilities

  • To build relationship with the clients and conclude office deals.
  • To qualify and validate inbound leads (new members) to be part of us and maintaining excellent working relationships.
  • To assign leads and provide support to the Sales Team.
  • To consistently meet given goals and metrics and willing to work hard towards meeting those goals.
  • To conduct office viewing and travel multiple outlets.
  • To update deal stages in CRM system.
  • Develop and maintain a customer database.
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.
  • Assist in lease negotiations and manage tenancy relationships.
  • Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
  • To be able to film videos for the use of office space marketing.
  • Support company community initiatives such as business networking events and member engagement activities.
  • Ad Hoc task as assigned by the superior and management.

Job Requirement

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Having a sales and customer service mindset.
  • Experience in Property or Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.
  • At least 1 year of experience is required for this position.
  • Proven track record on sales experience - meeting or exceeding given targets.
  • Ability to drive sales from planning to the closing stage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and listening skills.
  • Skilled in producing compelling video content and creating promotional materials.
  • Self-starter individuals with a strong drive to achieve.
  • Must have good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia language.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Great analytical skills to assess and drive sales results.

Remuneration

Up to RM4,500
