Job Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand World Travel Ambassador's customer base and market presence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate companies for corporate travel requirement, company trips, ticketing and ground handling.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business development.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the unique value proposition of World Travel Ambassador Sdn Bhd.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and achieving sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to promote World Travel Ambassador's brand and products.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management on progress towards goals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with at least 5 years of experience in a sales-related role.
  • Strong understanding of the tourism industry, particularly in the context of ticketing, tour packages and alike.
  • Excellent sales management skills, including the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage customer interactions and sales processes efficiently.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with clients and partners.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
  • Diploma in a relevant field; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work full-time in Shah Alam.
