Job Description
The Sales & Service Coordinator will coordinate with the Client on executing existing contract utilisation & adhoc proposal. This role involves planning by ensuring resource availability and maintaining comprehensive tracking of contract utilization from the proposal stage, manpower arrangement, and claim submission.
Key Responsibilities
1. Job Planning and Coordination: Includes coordinating service activities, resources, and information.
2. Facilitate meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
3. Track contract utilization & job completed claim
4. Coordinate the allocation and availability of resources.
5. Ensure all resources are utilized efficiently and effectively.
6. Coordinate with superior, team member and customer for any unresolve matters
Skills and Qualifications
1. Diploma or certificate: Preferably in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or a related field.
2. Experience: 2-3 years in a project coordination role. A fresh grades are welcome to apply.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, at a minimum.
4. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
8. Ability to work independently.
