About the role
In this full-time role as a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing stunning wedding celebrations that exceed our clients' expectations. With your exceptional organisational skills and keen eye for detail, you will guide our couples through every step of the planning process, ensuring their dream wedding comes to life.

What you'll be doing

• Liaising closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences for the wedding
• Sourcing and securing venues, catering, flowers, entertainment, and other vendors to create the perfect wedding experience
• Developing detailed timelines and checklists to keep the wedding planning on track
• Coordinating with vendors and the wedding party to ensure seamless execution on the big day
• Addressing any issues or concerns that may arise, providing solutions to keep the event running smoothly
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the wedding planning process

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or in a similar event management role
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and the wedding party
• Creative flair and an eye for design to help couples bring their wedding vision to life
• Passionate about the events industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
