Job Responsibility
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
- Handle inquiries from customers, providing accurate product/service information.
- Assist the sales manager in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Manage and update company social media platforms and website content.
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
- Support in organizing exhibitions, trade shows, road shows, and customer events.
- Min 1-2 yearsâ experience in sales or related field
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia(Able to speak Mandarin is a plus)
- Required skill(s): SQL and MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word) knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
- No restriction on outstation and have own transportation.
