- Order Processing & Documentation:Â
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders.
- Manage invoices, contracts, and customer documentation.
- Customer & Sales Team Support:Â
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Assist sales reps with lead tracking, CRM updates, and follow-ups.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) data accuracy.
- Generate sales reports (e.g., pipeline, conversion rates).
- Coordination & Logistics:Â
- Liaise with logistics, finance, and other teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Track deliveries and handle post-sale support.
- Process Improvement:Â
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in sales workflows.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and data management.
- Excellent communication skills â clear, professional, and confident when interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Proven time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- High level of technical proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems.
- Experience in order processing, invoicing, and managing customer documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills to proactively resolve issues and improve workflows.
- Ability to analyze and generate sales reports (e.g., pipeline, conversion rates).
- Familiarity with logistics coordination and working collaboratively with finance, warehouse, and other internal departments.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to process improvement and supporting sales operations in a fast-paced environment.
