About the company

Your company is a prominent subsidiary of a prominent international group, one of the leading agribusiness groups globally. Based in Malaysia, the company specializes in providing integrated supply chain solutions, focusing on the processing and distribution of palm oil and other agricultural products. You are in the IT branch of the company that is in-charge of creating or customizing software similar to the SAP / ERP system catering to the needs of clients of various industries.

Your Role

The role involves providing comprehensive support for the SAP XX module, including design, analysis, development, documentation, testing, and ongoing support. Key responsibilities include preparing and conducting Blueprint workshops, identifying process gaps, documenting the Blueprint and meeting minutes, and configuring the system. The candidate will also define and test conversion strategies, monitor data conversion activities, and conduct trial conversions. Additionally, they will develop functional specifications for RICEFW development, create test scenarios and scripts, manage user access and roles, and conduct User Acceptance Testing. Training documentation for key users will be prepared, alongside training sessions, final cutover activities, and post-implementation support, including assistance with month-end closing processes.

What you need to succeed

• 4-5 years of SAP implementation experience with at least 2 full cycle new implementation projects delivered.
• Preferably having a Bachelor’s degree.
• FICO with IM FM knowledge.
• BPC with SAC knowledge.
