Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM (Materials Management) with a strong background in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP MM solutions. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in SAP MM and at least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes. This role focuses on developing solutions that enhance business operations, ensuring system performance, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Solution Design & Configuration
  • Lead the configuration and customization of SAP MM to meet procurement, inventory, and material planning needs.
  • Develop innovative SAP MM solutions that optimize purchasing, vendor management, and materials tracking.
  • Define material master data, procurement types, and valuation methods.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance
  • Conduct detailed testing including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to validate SAP MM functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring solutions meet performance and accuracy requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, logistics, and IT to gather requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical documentation for SAP MM processes.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Stay up-to-date with SAP MM best practices, innovations, and industry trends.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and proactively recommend system enhancements for efficiency and cost savings.
  • Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing
  • Mentor junior team members and share SAP MM knowledge to build internal capabilities.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and team collaboration through training sessions and best practice documentation.
  • End-User Support & Training
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on SAP MM functionalities and enhancements.
  • Create user manuals, process guides, and SOPs for materials management tasks.

    • Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration and support.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP MM, including:
  • Purchase Requisitions and Orders
  • Source Determination and Vendor Management
  • Inventory Management and Goods Movement
  • Material Valuation and Account Determination
  • Invoice Verification and Automatic Postings
  • Strong understanding of SAP MM integration with SD, FI, and WM modules.
  • Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP MM implementation or upgrade.
  • Familiarity with ABAP debugging and collaboration with development teams.
