About The Role
As the Sea Freight Executive, you will be the right hand to our Sea freight team—providing comprehensive support and helping ensure smooth execution of all operational matters. This role requires someone dependable, meticulous and capable of working alongside a highly focused and process-driven manager.

As the Sea Freight Executive, you will be the right hand to our Sea freight team—providing comprehensive support and helping ensure smooth execution of all operational matters. This role requires someone dependable, meticulous and capable of working alongside a highly focused and process-driven manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage sea freight export and import job files, ensuring timely updates and accurate invoicing.
- Deliver top-tier service to local and international customers and vendors, maintaining strong working relationships.
- Coordinate effectively with the entire Sea freight Team and internal pricing teams to ensure operational requirements are met on time and within scope.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide clear, proactive updates on shipments status.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation and file archiving per company standards.
- Monitor and respond to critical emails outside of office hours when necessary.
- Assist in ad hoc assignments and projects as directed by the department lead.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Sea Freight Operations within the freight forwarding industry.
- Diploma or higher in Logistics, Shipping, Supply Chain or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of shipment measurements and volumetric calculations.
- Highly detail-oriented with a positive and proactive approach to work.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general MS Office tools.
- A reliable team player with the ability to work under a detail-focused and results-driven leader.
