Job Scope:
- Facilitate communication & follow ups to ensure timely sharing of information
- Handle day to day administrative matters for management
- Perform general secretarial functions
- Arrange & coordinate meetings & appointments
- Prepare research, correspondence, reports & presentation materials
- Organize & manage documents, records and information to ensure easy retrieval
- Coordinate & prepare refreshments for guests as and when required
Good to have:
- Willing to learn & pick up new things
- Strong command of written & spoken English
- Ability to speak & write additional languages would be a plus
- Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Word, Powerpoint & Excel
- Willing to multi task & fill in the gaps as and when required
