What You Need to Do?
- Prepare, sort, post / emailing and ensure accuracy in daily invoicing tasks.
- Prepare and send monthly customer account statements.
- Follow up with customers on outstanding payments via calls and emails.
- Day to day accounting operation activities and functions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Purchase office supplies, refreshments, stationery and equipment.
- Handle company vehicle road tax, insurance renewals and claims.
- Assist in planning and executing company events and exhibitions.
- Monitor and replenish inventory for stationery, uniforms, and pantry items.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
What You Need to Have?
- Candidate must possess at least Certificate or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Computer literate familiar with SQL System will be added advantage. Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
