Senior Analyst, Tax (Transfer Pricing)

Job Description

You will be part of our Tax team based in Malaysia overseeing Transfer Pricing (“TP”) matters for the Group.

Job Responsibilities

Timely preparation of robust contemporaneous TP documentation which are in line with the local requirements and TP rules;

1. In charge of TP matters for the countries where the group operates in
2. Responsible for TP compliance work, monitoring TP reporting timelines and ensuring appropriate TP documentations are in place
3. Actively monitor, research and analyse any changes in TP rules and regulations in countries where the group operates in
4. Assist with the development of Group TP strategy and planning, work and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on implementation
5. Work closely with finance teams to address any queries in relation to Group TP policies, related party transactions etc.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Recognized Degree in Accountancy or Finance major in Taxation.
2. At least 3 years Transfer Pricing experience in Public Accounting firms and/or commercial.
3. High integrity and able to work independently with minimal supervision
4. Analytical and meticulous for details.
5. Communicate effectively with all level’s personnel.
6. Team-oriented.
7. High focus on task closure and delivery of quality and timely output.
8. Skill set and knowledge in process improvement by using digitalization and AI initiatives.
