JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for design & development of machine automation and vision systems
- Responsibility in automated process & inspection equipment build
- Provide solution to Coherent Ipoh transceiver manufacturing process needs
- Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc.
- Derive Continual Improvement.
- Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering – Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Computer/Telecommunication or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 year of experience in networking, test process or product transfer.
- Familiar with product development process & proven success of releasing products to production.
- Understand basic test methodologies and able to interpret/read electronic schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Experience working with fiber-optic/laser products.
- This role is 100% onsite / hybrid / remote
