Senior Engineer Facility Management

System owner and technical expert for the water and wastewater treatment systems, supporting the business operations and growth of the semiconductor manufacturing backend plant.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• System owner and technical expert in water and wastewater treatment system to support business operation and growth of a semiconductor manufacturing backend plant.
• Responsible to drive optimization and improvement to water services and wastewater treatment system contribute toward productivity, reliability, stability, environmental sustainability.
• Ensure Zero legal and corporate non-compliance in water services and wastewater treatment system. Maintain good working relationship with local authorities such as DOE, SAMB, etc.
• Develop effective capacity monitoring and planning to ensure on time demand fulfillment in water services and wastewater treatment system through Tableau, SAP etc.
• Define and maintain technology roadmap, specification, database and documentation for water services and wastewater treatment system inline with local and corporate requirement.
• Lead and/or support in project execution which includes but not limited to feasibility study, budgeting, preparation and approval of design criteria, calculation, specifications, drawings, documentation, cost control, reporting, handover, etc.
• Site focal person in water services and wastewater treatment system who provides technical support to project and operation team.
• Local site technical expert representative for discussion and collaboration within Facility Management Cluster.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical).
• Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in Ultrapure Water, Wastewater Treatment, and/or Sewerage Treatment within semiconductor facilities management, services, engineering or a related field/industry.
• Lead and support problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as 8D, Lean Six Sigma, SPC, change management, etc.
